Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders $69+.

When will my order ship? 

Orders will usually ship within 2 business days. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. All orders placed after 1:00pm MST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Note: it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.

We do not use rush shipping, but if you need it in a hurry, please email us at support@lunationco.com before you place an order and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship Alaska and Hawaii? 

Yes, this is considered domestic shipping however, longer shipping times may occur.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship internationally at this time, however we hope to offer this soon!

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us as soon as possible to support@lunationco.com. We will do our best to make sure your order gets to you! Please be sure to always keep your shipping information up to date!

What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged? 

Please email us at support@lunationco.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can help!
