Every day of your cycle track body temperature, changes in blood (color, consistency, flow heaviness), mood, energy, cervical mucus texture, cervical position, and sleep patterns. The basal thermometer will help you track your resting temperature every morning upon awakening. When you see a spike in temperature this will indicate you’ve ovulated.
