Returns & Exchanges

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

Customers may return all unused products for a refund. We do not accept returns because of missed sales or for finding a lower price. Lunation will offer a return shipping for any reason. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back and for making sure the items are packaged safely. At our discretion we reserve the right to refuse sales of our products to anyone found to be abusing the return policy.

We cannot accept returns on any products that were opened/used or discontinued. Returns that contain used or opened products will be disposed.

Orders that are returned to us as not deliverable for any reason other than due to mistakes made by Lunation LLC will be refunded with our original cost to ship the product to you deducted from your refund.

On occasion the USPS may lose or damage packages. In the event this happens, we will either replace your order or refund it at our discretion, and will file a claim with USPS. Customers must cooperate with all claims or the replacement/refund will be forfeited. Customers must assist in by checking with your local post office/mail carrier or refunds/replacement will not be issued.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping times caused by USPS.

How do I make a return?

  • Step 1: Reach out to us! Email us at Be sure to include your order number and the name that the order was placed under so that we can find that for you.
  • Step 2: We will issue you a returns form and a return shipping label. Print those guys out. Complete that returns form and include it in your shipment. Securely package your return (you can even use the packaging that your order came in!), and tape that shipping label onto the package. Simply hand that off to your mail carrier or drop off at your local USPS branch!
  • Step 3: Once your return is received at our offices in Idaho, we will process and issue you a refund within 1-3 business days. You will get an email confirming that that refund has been processed. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 7 business days to show the refund in your account.


We do not offer exchanges. However, you are welcome to place a new order whenever you're ready.
